Potato Masala

LOVE the flavors of India, here is a lovely recipe that is inspired by a similar Indian dish.

Spice wise, potato masala is a quite mild dish. This can be eaten as a side dish (serves 3-4), entree (you can sprinkle in so walnuts for some protein), or roll it up in a wrap for lunch! Very versatile dish, enjoy!
