Anti-Inflammatory Dream Juice

Have one of those achy or bloated mornings?

This is not only an ideal combination for your skin, but it is amazing for reducing water retention and inflammation in your body. Drink a glass in the early morning to start your day feeling flushed, detox and ready to take on the day.

Anti-Inflammatory Dream Juice

Ingredients

1 whole organic cucumber

4 stalks of organic celery

2 organic pears

1/2 lime, optional

Directions

Juice all ingredients together and add a half of a lime if you are making this juice ahead of time. If this is being made ahead of time be sure to immediately store in the refrigerator in a sealed jar. Enjoy, lovely!
