Divine Mango Smoothie


Mangos, I LOVE the mango season.

They come to the market in piles and they ripen to perfection. A mango is never wasted in our house they are hands down a popular fruit in my family. I won’t say we fight over them, but my daughter sure polices to make sure she gets her fair share. *LOL*

Aside from eating them fresh we LOVE blending up this smoothie. It is simple, fresh and DELISH!

Divine Mango Smoothie

e.g. These muffins have a crunchy top with a crumbly inside where you taste the subtle hint of lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango (peeled, cubed)
  • 1-1/2 Cups almond milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 medjool dates (pitted, chopped)

Directions

Step 1
Toss all the ingredients into the blender, but keep the dates for last and sprinkle them to avoid them sticking together.
Step 2
Blend for approximately 3 minutes to make sure the dates are blended. Enjoy!
