Give me a bowl of cookie dough please?

My yummiest part of growing up with the licking of the chocolate chip cookie dough bowl; the beaters were the best part! Here is a healthier version for you, even including some of those benefits to the raw nutrients of the almond butter!

Healthy Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients

1/4 cup raw almond butter
1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree (I used canned)
1/2 cup unbleached organic flour or a gluten-free alternative
1/2 cup organic coconut sugar or organic turbinado raw cane sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs

Directions

Pour all your ingredients (except the chips) in a bowl and stir together; preferably with a mixer. Then hand stir in the chocolate chips. Serve with your preferred dipping tool (maybe just a spoon!) and enjoy! By the way, its kid approved!
