I am a lover of green juices, but a green smoothie is even faster and less mess!

Greens offer so much boosting to our wellness that we have to find creative ways to get a lot in. This one is absolutely sweet, delicious and filling. Start your morning out right and get that glow on first thing!

Get the Glow Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 dates
  • 2 Cups coconut water or water
  • 1 handful baby kale
  • handful ice
  • pinch pink himalayan salt (optional)

Directions

Step 1
Throw all of the ingredients into your blender, but leaving ice till after its all blender.
Step 2
Blend in the ice and get out your lovely mason jar; enjoy!
