Anti-Oxidant & Omega Rich Fruit Salad
Breakfast at our house Sunday morning, oatmeal and this delicious “Anti-Oxidant & Omega Rich Fruit Salad”.
Serve it up with oatmeal and make sure to mix in a few spoonfuls.
Anti-Oxidant & Omega Rich Fruit Salad
e.g. These muffins have a crunchy top with a crumbly inside where you taste the subtle hint of lemon.
Ingredients
- 3 bananas (sliced)
- 2 organic apples (cubed)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts (chopped)
- 3 dried medjool dates (chopped)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and toss together. Enjoy, Lovely! |
I am sure you tell how much I love raw walnuts, so much I keep a mason jar full of them ready to go on anything and everything. What nut can you not live without?
