Anti-Inflammatory Dream Juice

Anti-Inflammatory Dream Juice
Ingredients
1 whole organic cucumber
4 stalks of organic celery
2 organic pears
1/2 lime, optional
Directions
Juice all ingredients together and add a half of a lime if you are making this juice ahead of time. If this is being made ahead of time be sure to immediately store in the refrigerator in a sealed jar. Enjoy, lovely!

September 21, 2013When I'm in my juicing groove (juicefeasting) in the mornings I drink juices that are alkaline and low in sugar. I love 1-2 cucumber, 1/2 head of celery, 2-3 leaves kale, 1/2 apple, 1 lemon, 1/2" ginger, cayenne (ooh yeah I love my heart healthy spice!)
