Anti-Inflammatory Dream Juice

Have one of those achy or bloated mornings?

This is an ideal combination for your skin, but it is amazing for reducing water retention and inflammation in your body. Drink a glass in the early morning to start your day feeling flushed, detox and ready to take on the day.

Anti-Inflammatory Dream Juice


1 whole organic cucumber

4 stalks of organic celery

2 organic pears

1/2 lime, optional


Juice all ingredients together and add a half of a lime if you are making this juice ahead of time. If this is being made ahead of time be sure to immediately store in the refrigerator in a sealed jar. Enjoy, lovely!

    Sorry that was odd wording, I fixed it! Basically was saying it is ideal but also great for water retention, etc. I hope that makes more sense. Love and gratitude ~ Micheale

When I'm in my juicing groove (juicefeasting) in the mornings I drink juices that are alkaline and low in sugar. I love 1-2 cucumber, 1/2 head of celery, 2-3 leaves kale, 1/2 apple, 1 lemon, 1/2" ginger, cayenne (ooh yeah I love my heart healthy spice!)
