7 Day Detox Diary

Seven days to successfully shedding 10 pounds of toxins. Which is always grin-busting!

I started the journey with Renew Life Total Body Rapid Cleanse for the first 3 days then realized the Step 1 was short pills (only would have lasted me for 5 days). With that being the case and feeling not so right with my body’s reaction I just decided to stop the regimen altogether. It is good to listen to your body, it is the best instincts we have! After a full week with eating mostly raw and clean, not only did I feel energetic (this was during Aunt Flo too!), felt emotionally and horomonally balanced, my stamina was better and all in all just felt ALIVE! I already try to be at least 50% raw; I am going to increase it just feels right in with my body! LOVE IT!!!!

Before we get to the diary, I wanted to let you know one rule I followed in this week. Everyday I only ate during the daylight. As soon as the sun went down so did my fork. Everyday I consumed 64 ounces at least of water. The following is my detox dairy for the seven day:

Thank you for your post on the 365 Cleanse. I am on day five of the cleanse, but am not seeing the same results you did. Perhaps its my diet, but even then I am not eating too badly. I have BM only 1-2 times per week. It feels awful and I often feel like I am so bloated. What are symptoms of your condition?

Hello, Thank you for your post ... do you get pains, like intense pains? Depending on my diet my IBS went from build up and bloat of constipation and BM only 1-2 times a week with massive painful attack. If I ate another way I just had constant diarrhea, so neither option was not good. Massively giving up processed foods, increasing raw fruit and veggie intake completely changed it. I did notice when I ate too much of things like rice, bread, even pasta the constipation situation got even worse, so I limit those (especially rice). Dairy, is a huge unhappy belly problem for me. I also had attacks from broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. Even with my diet I avoid these veggies for myself (not family) because they can still cause me issues. My best advice is write down everything you eat and look for patterns of your system not working well, increase raw fruit and veggies, and add a fresh smoothie daily (that really pushes it all through) can just be all fruit or add some veggies. Look at recipes for raw or vegan smoothies as those will be best. Great way to get lots of nutrients.
